Custom Platform, Distributed Payments
A custom platform with the build cost distributed through a structured 12-month payment plan. Includes development, licensing, hosting, and support during the initial period.

Included during the first 12 months:
- • Platform development
- • Licensing during the build period
- • Hosting during the build period
- • Agreed support during the build period
After the Initial 12 Months
After the initial 12 months, the build payment ends. The client transitions to the applicable licensing, hosting, support, maintenance, and service agreement. This is a continuation of platform access and support — not another payment for the original development cost.
What You Receive
DirectX does not sell ownership of the DirectX software platform or underlying intellectual property. The client receives the contractual rights, licensed access, configurations, data access, deployment services, and custom operational functionality defined in the signed agreement.

Important: Ongoing licensing and support after the build are not duplicate payments for the original development cost. Build cost covers designing and developing the approved platform. Licensing covers the right to access and use the DirectX platform and technology going forward.
Final pricing depends on scope, integrations, users, locations, implementation requirements, data migration, support level, and deployment complexity. Website examples are illustrative. Final pricing requires an approved scope or selected SaaS plan. Custom development scope may change through approved change orders. Integrations may involve third-party fees. DirectX retains ownership of its platform and intellectual property unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise. Clients retain ownership and control of their business data. Support, hosting, maintenance, licensing, uptime, termination, migration, and service terms are governed by the signed agreement. Website content does not replace the proposal, order form, master services agreement, licensing agreement, or subscription agreement.
